About Us
The A1 Payroll Bureau is an subsidiary of Hale Accountants Limited who have been providing
accounting and payroll services since 1994 and was launched under its own name in 2003.
The A1 Payroll Bureau was set-up to businesses with a reliable alternative to the in-house
payroll systems to avoid the extravagant costs and the aggravation that processing your payroll
can cause each pay period.
We recognise the many needs that companies require for their payroll and our commitment is
to provide a personalised quality payroll service. We offer a full nationwide service for all
types of companies and medical practices in the UK ranging from just one employee to thousands
of employees.
The A1 Payroll Bureau is registered under Hale Accountants Limited, company number
05245093, registered office address Unit 10 Swanwick Business Centre, Bridge Road, Swanwick,
Southampton, Hampshire SO31 7GB.
We are registered with Data Protection under Hale Accountants Ltd and this is available
on request.
Software
We use a professional specialised software called Pyramid which compiles to HMRC standard
and requirements, and is fully accredited. We always use the latest versions available to
ensure we keep abreast with all the latest and current legislative requirements. We maintain
a support contract with Pyramid for our software.
HM Revenue Customs
We file all our clients P45’s and P46’s directly through HM Revenue & Customs website
to ensure Tax Codes are received quickly and processed by our administrators on a daily basis
to ensure employees are paid on the correct tax allowances.
