Is where you provide all the details of the payroll, and we just calculate it for you. We provide all the reports necessary for the post-payroll function, and email you the payslips for you to distribute. You deal with the HMRC and staff queries. This situation is perfect if you have a member of staff that can input all the data into the Portal, but cannot calculate wages themselves. Additional services can be added if required.

All Pay frequencies including additional payroll runs
Providing Spreadsheets for inputting your payroll hours, overtime, bonuses, Pension Contributions, SSP, plus any other payments
Calculations including pay figures, new starters, leavers etc
Production of various reports including Full Payment History each run & E-mailed to your designated email contact
Production payslips & E-mailed for you to print & distribute
Production of Tax / NI month / quarter ending register advising of payment due to HMRC & E-mailed to you designated email contact
Producing & E-mailing your Year-End P35, P14’s, P60's for you to submit to HMRC
